Recently listening to the radio, and heard a song…now it is stuck in my head… I am sure you have heard it…”He’s making a list and checking it twice, he’s gonna find out who’s naughty or nice…” … Seems like this gentlemen “Santa,” is working pretty efficiently.
I may not be one of “Santa’s” elves, but I do like to assist people in being efficient and working efficiently. I do agree with Santa’s idea of having a list and checking it twice. Do you have a List (customer’s/clients)? Do you know important details about them? For example; their income, do they rent, do they own, do they have children, what kind of vehicle do they drive, what kind of credit do they have?
I think you would agree that knowing characteristics of your clients is key to taking care of them and building a mutually beneficial relationship with them into the future.
